Who am I?

My name is Inès Zouaoui. I am a PhD candidate in psychiatric sciences and addiction studies at the University of Montreal. I conduct research at the Centre de recherche de l'Institut Universitaire de Montréal on the effects of cannabis on the brain in individuals with a psychotic disorder, combining neuroscience, cognition, neuroimaging, and machine learning. This project was born from the many questions I receive from my patients and friends when we talk about my research.

With STUPÉFIANT!, I want to bring neuroscience closer and make it more alive, by sharing research-based knowledge and creating a dialogue where misconceptions spread most: online and in festive environments.
